German Ambassador to India, Dr Martin Ney, inaugurated the exhibition 'Ebullient Landscapes and Portraits' by Jigna Chaturvedi on 7th April at the India Habitat Centre.
Part of the sale proceeds will go to the artist's charity 'Malnutrition in India'. The opening of the exhibition was attended by various eminent personalities including artists and diplomats, as well as people from political and business circles. Jigna Chaturvedi is a passionate self-trained painter. Her impressionistic and realistic styles of painting bring nature and environment gracefully on the canvas. Her art is inspired by the works of great European impressionists of the 19th century.
The exquisite exhibition will be on display for public until 10th April from 10 am to 8 pm at the Open Palm Court Gallery, India Habitat Centre.
