The inaugural ceremony of the Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum in Pune took place on Wednesday, 18th May, 2022 , on the occasion of the International Museum Day.

The 'Green, Clean and Smart Museum' initiative of the Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum was funded within the realm of the Cultural Preservation Programme of the German Federal Office through the German Consulate General, Mumbai. The Chief Guest at the function was Mr. Saurabh Rao, Divisional Commissioner of the Pune Division and Vice President of the Board of Management of the Museum.

Ms. Deborah von Frankenberg, Vice Consul and Cultural Officer at the German Consulate General of Mumbai graced the occasion.
