Job Description
− Preparing and managing document receipt / document retention of the APS.
− Responding to inquiries about the APS and its procedures from the public (telephone, online)
− Reviewing application documents regarding authenticity and German university entrance qualification
− Clerical processing of various APS verification procedures
− Participation in education fairs and information events
− Translations Hindi - English, English - Hindi
− Provision of statistical data

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate must have
− Academic or equivalent education
− Good knowledge of the German and Indian university systems
− Preferably knowledge of German – Indian university cooperation schemes
− Fluent command of English and Hindi
− B2 level in German (written and spoken) from Goethe Institute / Max Mueller Bhawan or equivalent
− Knowledge of office communication and computer applications
− Pleasure in teamwork
− high motivation, sense of responsibility and distinctive diligence
